You are responsible for sustaining well-informed and motivated Rotary clubs. This chapter emphasizes the importance of maintaining open communication through the official visit, the monthly letter, and the Internet. As your assistant governors and district committee members will often communicate with clubs on your behalf, clear and frequent communication with your district team is imperative for the free flow of accurate information in your district. This chapter also stresses the importance of having a structured communication system in place that can be employed by all members of your district leadership team.
