future of Rotary depends on the efforts of its clubs to retain and
recruit members. Sustaining and growing membership is the first of the
four elements of an effective club and has a direct impact on the other
three. The stronger and more active a club’s
membership, the greater the club’s resources and the more service it can
provide in addressing community and world concerns. As district
governor, you are responsible for supervising clubs as they set their
membership development goals and create action plans to reach them. |
