防止社員流失

Retention


社員成長不能沒有社員的防止流失。而教育及留住社員的主要責任是在扶輪社的該層級。地區總監必須透過助理總監和地區社員研習會委員會來告知所有的扶輪社,社員教育、社員的參與度和滿足度對防止社員流失的重要性。

Growth cannot occur without membership retention. The primary responsibility for educating and retaining members is at the club level. The district governor must communicate to clubs, through assistant governors and the district membership seminar committee, the importance of retention through member education, involvement, and satisfaction.

新社員

貴社防止社員流失的努力應始於新社員的訓練和教育。鼓勵扶輪社安排下列的計劃來留住新社員並培養未來的領導人:

Your clubs’ retention efforts should begin with new member orientation and education. Encourage clubs to implement programs to retain new members and develop future leaders by

1  為準社員及其配偶舉辦一種入社前訓練或扶輪知識的活動.

Take it upon yourself to let all new members know that they are welcome. Ask the district membership seminar committee to write a letter, under your signature, to new members congratulating them on joining Rotary. See Strategies for Member Education (Web only) for more information on retention.

Current Members

請提供資源與策略來協助扶輪社執行社員發展行動計畫時能夠研發出持續性教育的計劃。現有社員持續的教育是留住社員及確保扶輪社全面性成功的基礎。重新提醒於扶輪內之目的與驕傲的感覺可以激勵該扶輪社。除了增加扶輪社的士氣之外,教育現有的社員還可以培養他們在未來擔任成扶輪未來的領導人。

Assist clubs in developing continuing education programs for their membership development action plans by providing them with resources and strategies. The continuing education of current members is fundamental to retaining members and ensuring overall club success. A renewed sense of purpose and pride in Rotary will reenergize the club. In addition to improving club morale, educating current members prepares them for their role as the future leaders of Rotary.

鼓勵扶輪社以下列方式來確保是否有達到社員們的需求與期望:

Ensure that the needs and expectations of the members are being met by encouraging clubs to

  • 評估服務計劃,以確保其服務計畫的有效率並滿足該社區的需求

  • 評估該扶輪社是否仍適於該社之社員們

  • 透過節目及新計劃來滿足社員們的興趣

  • 藉由社員們參與他們興趣相關的委員會以增進領導技巧

  •  Examine their service projects to ensure they are effective and meeting the needs of the community

  •  Evaluate whether the club is still relevant to its members

  •  Address the interests of members through programs and new projects

  •  Improve leadership skills by involving members in committees that match their interests
