Methods to Motivate Key People in the District

  • 在公開場合表揚他們的貢獻.

  • Recognize their contributions publicly.

  • 藉由對他們所作的努力表達感謝,讓他們相信他們的存在對達成目標來說是很重要的。

  • Convince them of their importance in achieving the objective by thanking them for their efforts.

  • 讓他們知道他們的貢獻會幫助創建一個成功的方案/計劃。

  • Inform them of how their contribution will help create a successful program/ project.

  • 隨時讓他們有最新的資訊與邀請他們參與,並請確保他們覺得有興趣。

  • Keep them informed and involved and ensure they are having fun.

  • Delegate responsibilities that are achievable and measurable.

Methods to Secure Commitment from Fellow Rotarians

  • 讓他們了解方案/計劃的重要性.

  • Convince them of the importance of the program/project.

  • Delegate responsibilities that are consistent with Rotarians’ skills, interests, and level of commitment they are able to make.

  • Provide a supportive environment (i.e., one in which you are accessible and resources are available).

追蹤的方法

Methods to Follow Progress

  • 以電話、信件或親自訪問的方式來與地區及扶輪社的領導人保持聯繫。

  • Contact district and club leaders by phone, letters, or a personal visit.

  • 要求義工們定期做計劃或任務評估。

  • Ask for periodic evaluations of the project or task from volunteers.

  • Appoint a liaison or committee member to monitor progress of projects.
