Many of
the training team members you select may not have formal training
background. Ensure that these facilitators receive the proper training
necessary to improve their presentation skills, teaching methods, and
questioning techniques. Instruct your training leaders in a one-day
meeting at least one month before the meeting for which they are
responsible. If possible, hold this meeting at the location of the
event. Training for training leaders should cover possible program and
logistical questions and provide an opportunity to practice group
facilitation skills. |

that the district trainer develops a method to confirm that participants

successor who can build upon your efforts. |
