District Trainer

The district trainer, appointed by the district governor, based on the recommendation of the district governor-elect, is a vital resource to help you prepare for and implement these essential meetings. The amount of preparation time devoted to these meetings should reflect the important role they play in preparing club and district leaders who will serve with you.

地區訓練人是在總監當選人和總監的指導之下籌劃及主持訓練會議, 而不是孤軍奮戰的。地區訓練人可以協助您尋找和訓練研習會領導人，決定各地區重要觀念的特定傳播方式以及評估訓練的成功與否、安排相關的物流需求、以及主持課程。地區訓練人會在您的指導、監督及擔負整體性的責任之下按部就班的執行整個計劃。

The district trainer does not work independently but plans and conducts training meetings under the direction of the governor-elect and governor. The district trainer can assist you with identifying and training seminar leaders, determining district-specific methods for conveying key concepts and evaluating the success of the training, making necessary logistical arrangements, and conducting sessions. While you provide the guidance and supervision, and assume overall responsibility, the district trainer follows through on implementing the program.
