請依社員異動繳交各種社員報告表。並留意讓新社員有參與感及保持聯繫2004-05年度大使獎學金、扶輪大學教師至開發中國家服務獎助金的申請資料，不久後將可向你的地區獎學金小組委員會主委索取在12月31日之前註關參加2003年布理斯班國際扶輪年會可享有大幅折扣繳交後半年度之社員人數半年報告的期限為2003年1月1日。若貴社在12月31日之前尚未收到表格，請與國際扶輪的扶輪社與地區行政管理代表(RI Club and District Administration Representative)聯繫個別扶輪社員四大服務獎的提名截止日期為2003年2月14日。

Keep current with submission of membership reporting forms. And remember to keep the new members who joined Rotary in 2001-02 involved and connected. Application materials for 2004-05 Ambassadorial Scholarships, Rotary World Peace Scholarships, and Rotary Grants for University Teachers will soon be available through your district scholarships subcommittee chair.   Register for the 2003 RI Convention in Brisbane before 31 December to get a sizable discount.   The second semi-annual report of your membership is due 1 January 2003. If your club has not received the forms by 31 December, contact your RI Club and District Administration representative.  Nominations for the Four Avenues of Service Citation for Individual Rotarians are due 14 February 2003.

提醒地區內的前受獎人小組委員會，務將貴地區內前受獎人的姓名與目前地址，寄交給基金會捐獻者及前受獎人關係組(Donor and Alumni Relations Section ) 地區提名委員會必須在2003年1月31日之前，選出2004-05年度的地區總監提名人請記得12月31日是扶輪基金會2002-03年度協助社區計劃、發現獎助金、人道運輸獎助金、新機會獎助金的收件最後期限。取代上述計劃的地區簡化獎助金(District Simplified Grants)與個人獎助金(Individual Grants)將自2003年1月1日開始受理。

Remind your district alumni subcommittee to provide the Foundation Donor and Alumni Relations Section of RI with names and current addresses of alumni in your district.   The district nominating committee must select the governor-nominee for 2004-05 no later than 31 January 2003.   Remember that 31 December is the deadline for The Rotary Foundation to receive applications for the Community Assistance Program, Discovery Grants, Grants for Rotary Volunteers, Helping Grants, Humanitarian Transportation Grants, and New Opportunities Grants for the 2002-03 year. Applications for the new District Simplified Grants and Individual Grants, which replace them, can be submitted beginning 1 January 2003.
