親愛的DENS；

Dear Dens,

我隨函附上3470地區GSE團待在美國威斯康辛州最後一夜和我與妻子朱迪的合照。

I have enclosed a picture of the District 3470 GSE team with me and my wife Judy on the last night of their stay in Wisconsin.

我們兩個地區間交流得很成功。臺灣交換團由於扶輪社員資金準備得充裕並且留給所有接待家庭以及那些在5月期間與他們有所接觸的人們一個很好的印象。

The exchange between our two districts was a very successful one.  The Taiwanese team was well prepared by Rotarian Fund and made a very good impression on all of the host families and those they had contact with during the month of May.

我們的交換團不久就在這個地區內的扶輪社演講，而您能確信我們將熱衷於有關我們訪問您們奇妙的寶島事宜。事實上，我的妻子堅持要我儘快帶她到台灣。我多希望我們能夠重返，也許是在明年初。

Our team will begin making presentations to clubs in the district very soon, and you can be assured that we will be very enthusiastic about our visit to your wonderful island.  In fact, my wife is insisting that I take her to Taiwan very soon.  I do hope we can return, perhaps as early as next year.

我將告訴我們扶輪社員的是您支持扶輪基金會所做的工作是多麼卓越。我們對於扶輪的國際方面仍有許多地方要去瞭解。我們新的扶輪社社長業已邀請我於下一年度朝那範圍來工作。

One of the things that I will be telling our Rotarians is what a remarkable job you do supporting the Rotary Foundation.  We have a lot to learn about the international aspect of Rotary.  Our new club president has asked me to work in that area this next year.

請向我們3月和4月訪問期間，所有許多我們認識與所熟識的人們，代為轉達6270地區衷心的問候。

Please extend the warm regards of District 6270 to all of the many people we met and became close to during our visit in March and April.

並請鼓勵他們到美國威斯康辛州並讓我們得以報答所給予我們的親切而又特別盛情的機會。

Please encourage them to come to Wisconsin and give us the opportunity to repay the kind and extraordinary hospitality extended to us.
