Golf Fellowship Tournament

1. Date & Time: Friday, October 17th, 2008

                          07:30 a.m. registration

                          08:00 a.m. Tee off

 

2. Course: Taiwan Golf & Country Club Tamsui Taiwan

 

3. Scoring System: Use “New New Peoria” to calculate handicap point on the day of tournament.  

                              Three top gross-score winners will be taken.  In case there is tie, the eldest

                               will be the winner.  Other prizes will be rated by net lowest scores.

 

4. Qualified participants: All registered Rotarians, spouses, & guests for 2008 Taipei Rotary

   Institute are welcome to participate.

 

5. Entry Fees: US$80, inclusive of green fees, caddie fees, and NT$100-value lunch coupon.

 

6. Prizes: Trophies and awards for the winners (three top gross-stroke winners; and three top

    net-stroke winners, also the “Lucky 7 winner” and souvenir for all participants):

7. Award Ceremony: at the banquet, on the evening of October 17, 2008, at the Grand Hotel Ball

   Room.

 

8. Due Date : Fully completed Registration Form of 2008 Taipei Rotary Institute and entry fees

   US$80 should be sent before September 10, 2008.

 

9. Transportation: At 06:30 a.m., at Grand Hotel Lobby, taking chartered bus to Golf course.
