在最近安哥拉的盧旺達(Luanda)扶輪社劃入第9350地區(納米比亞與南非)之後，全世界只有10個扶輪社未隸屬於任何地區：亞美尼亞與喬治亞共和國分別有2個社，南極、亞塞拜然、法屬波理尼西亞、直布羅陀、哈薩克、吉爾吉思分別各有一個社。1999年全球有138個社未劃入地區，多數在東歐。

With the recent incorporation of the Rotary Club of Luanda, Angola, into District 9350 (Namibia and South Africa), only 10 clubs worldwide remain nondistricted: two each in Armenia and the Republic of Georgia, and one each in Antarctica, Azerbaijan, French Polynesia, Gibraltar, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. In 1999, 138 clubs were nondistricted, most of them in Eastern Europe.
