When the Rotary Club of Durban Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, was looking for a co-sponsor for a medical project to serve rural patients, it turned to RI's World Community Serv-ice (WCS) Projects Exchange. 

每年2月和8月出版的世界社會服務計劃交換名單以及每個月更新的世界社會服務計劃交換資料庫，提供尋求海外援助之扶輪社宣傳自己的社區服務計劃。這2份名單內含超過400個扶輪社計劃的簡介與當地協調人的連絡資料，對有意協助國際計劃之扶輪社來說乃是寶貴的資源。

The WCS Projects Exchange list, published every February and August, and the WCS Projects Exchange database, updated monthly, offer clubs seeking assistance from abroad a chance to publicize their community service initiatives. The two listings, which contain short descriptions of more than 400 Rotary club projects and the contact information of local coordinators, are also a valuable resource for clubs that wish to assist an international project.

Many clubs that use the listings eventually find the partners and funds they seek. For example, more than US$20,000 has been contributed by several Rotary clubs in the United States toward the $56,800 needed for the health-care project in South Africa. ※ 阿根廷科的科隆廣場(Plaza Colon)扶輪社及科多巴大教堂(Cordoba Catedral)扶輪社計劃讓1000餘名清寒者配製眼鏡。An effort by the Rotary clubs of Plaza Colón and Córdoba Catedral, Córdoba, Argentina, to provide prescription eyeglasses to more than 1,000 poor patients. 

※ 拉脫維亞的里帕賈(Liepaja)扶輪社計劃更新里帕賈中央醫院的加護病房與麻醉部門的醫療設備。A project of the Rotary Club of Liepaja, Latvia, to update medical equipment in the Liepaja Central Hospital's intensive care and anesthesia departments 

※ 孟加拉傑索(Jessore)扶輪社計劃在傑索興建一個職業訓練中心，培養當地年輕人的工作技能。An effort by the Rotary Club of Jessore, Bangladesh, to establish a vocational training center in Jessore to impart essential job skills to local youths.
