每年，扶輪與扶輪青年服務團都要紀念「世界扶輪青年服務團週」─3月13日所在的一星期。2003年的扶青團35週年紀念乃是慶祝與強化這種服務合作關係的大好時機。

Every year, Rotary and Rotaract clubs mark World Rotaract Week - the week of 13 March. Rotaract's 35th anniversary in 2003 provides a good opportunity to celebrate and strengthen this partnership in service. 

在2002年的世界扶輪青年服務團週，扶青團團員展現相當的創意---舉辦醫療與齒療營、促進和平運動、植樹、回收廢棄物、拜訪老人、娛樂殘障兒童、及為無數慈善活動募款─而且經常是與其輔導扶輪社一起。

During World Rotaract Week in 2002, Rotaractors exhibited considerable initiative - conducting medical and dental camps, promoting peace campaigns, planting trees, recycling waste, visiting the elderly, entertaining disabled children, and raising funds for countless good causes, often with their sponsor clubs. 

世界各地擅長使用電腦的扶青團團員，在世界扶輪青年服務團週互寄電子郵件。他們還懷抱行銷熱忱，寫信給沒有輔導扶青團的扶輪社，敦促他們成立扶青團。他們也展現媒體專業知識，使他們的服務與聯誼活動獲得相當多的宣傅。

Adept at computer use, many Rotaractors around the world exchanged e-mail greetings during World Rotaract Week. With marketing flair, they wrote letters to Rotary clubs that do not sponsor Rotaract clubs urging them to organize one. Displaying media savvy, they garnered considerable publicity for their service and fellowship activities. 

扶青團團員對服務的熱忱、與輔導扶輪社的良好關係、以及社交及公共關係的技巧，乃是扶青團持續壯大的部份原因。今天，由18到30歲領袖組成的扶青團已經分布在`150餘國，總數超過7300個。

Rotaractors' enthusiasm for service, rapport with sponsor clubs, and skills at networking and public relations are among the reasons Rotaract keeps growing. Today, the number of Rotaract clubs for leaders ages 18 to 30 exceeds 7,300 in 150-plus countries.
