2002年9月號「扶輪世界」的「訓練師的角色日益重要」一文提到在2001-02年度中，首度有2個扶輪地帶研習會提供「訓練訓練師」的講習會。事實上，在1992年，北美洲每個地帶的講習會都有這樣的議程，1995年在葛林布舉爾地帶研習會中，本著「訓練訓練師」的概念，32個地區的領導發展訓練師便獲得相當充分的訓練。

The article "Trainer's role is seen as pivotal" [September 2002] states that in 2001-02, for the first time, two zone institutes offered "train the trainers" seminars. In 1992, every zone institute in North America had such sessions, and in 1995, at the Greenbrier Zone Institute, 32 district leadership development trainers were given extensive sessions under the "train the trainers" concept.

The countries in District 9200, which contributed DDF, are Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Our sewing instructors are two Somalis, one Mexican, and one Eritrean. We do not yet have Sudanese students but we hope to.
