The Chicago River Architecture Tour

Discover Chicago's architectural heritage. The 60 minute tour travels through the heart of the city on the Chicago River and includes an
in-depth architectural narration.

Wendella is proud to be Chicago's only boat company with an in-house Education Department! Here's just a small sample of the architectural styles you'll find on your tour.

Dock Locations

MADISON

The Northwest corner of the Madison Street bridge at 2 North Riverside Plaza. The dock is conveniently located near the Metra and Amtrak train stations and the Sears Tower.

Taking a train downtown and using the RiverBus to get around is the perfect antidote for traffic and parking headaches.

MICHIGAN

At the Northwest corner of the Michigan avenue bridge at the Wrigley Building, 400 North Michigan Avenue. The Michigan Avenue Dock is at the start of the Magnificent Mile, famous for world-class shopping, restaurants and attractions.

The Michigan Dock is also home to Wendella Sightseeing Boats, Chicago's original narrated boat tour.
