The Rotary Foundation is an organization that benefits from the goodwill of individual Rotarians who rise to collectively meet community needs worldwide that no government could provide.

Nobuhiko studied Economics at Keio University in Tokyo. He served as financial manager of Credit Saison Group until becoming managing director of Kataoka Fudosan, a real estate leasing corporation. He has been affiliated with the company since 1981. Nobuhiko served on the Tsuchiura Youth Counselor Council (1990-2004).
A Rotarian since 1982, Nobuhiko is a member of the Rotary club of Tsuchiura South, where he served as club president in 1999-2000. He was district trainer (2003-04) and served as Rotary Japan Web Committee’s vice-chair.
Nobuhiko於東京Keio大學攻讀經濟學。他直到成為Kataoka Fudosan不動產租約公司總經理之前一直擔任信用Saison集團的財務經理。自從1981年起他已成為該公司的一員。1990至2004年Nobuhiko服務於Tsuchiura青少年顧問議會。
自1982年起成為扶輪社員，Nobuhiko 是 Tsuchiura南區扶輪社社員，並於1999-2000年度出任社長。2003-04年度他擔任地區訓練人和出任扶輪日本網路委員會副主委。

Nobuhiko’s involvement with Rotaract led to the creation of a new Rotaract club in his own town, the Rotaract club of Tsuchiura, South.
While serving as district governor, Nobuhiko led his district to reach the highest per capita giving of all 35 districts in Japan at US $239.
Nobuhiko is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Foundation Benefactor, and Major Donor.
