Dozens of district trainers and others attended sessions in connection with the Oakbrook (Illinois, USA) institute for zones 27 and 28 (various U.S. states) and the Melbourne (Australia) institute for zones 7 and 8 (Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines).

That, he said, should ensure the introduction of "new ideas at regular intervals."
