Business portal offers convenient online tool

Rotarians can conduct much essential Rotary business online through the Member Access section of the site. The link, which appears on the home page, directs members to a page where they can register or sign in to make contributions to The Rotary Foundation, view their contribution history, and manage their Rotary e-mail account. Current club presidents and secretaries will also see applications to update membership and club data.
To register, Rotarians must enter their district, club, and membership numbers — all of which appear on the member ID card or can be obtained from the club secretary — and a valid e-mail address to which the user's password will be sent. Although the portal is easy to use, a Frequently Asked Questions link offers help to members who encounter difficulties.
The portal enables club officers to add and remove members on their club membership list, edit current membership information, and pay dues online (during January and July only) as well as download various reports. Current and incoming district governors can view membership data of their clubs and access the club recognition summary, the monthly contribution report, and other pertinent information. All members can make contributions online.
